My Favorite Grocery Store To Shop At

Finding the best grocery store can be difficult. They are not all the same, and I find pretty and unique products attract me. I am truly a fan of watching Trader Joe’s Hauls on YouTube, and that’s how this all started. Little did I know that after 1 trip I would be totally hooked. Is it worth it? Do you feel these products are unique enough to drive 2 hours to go? Keep reading to find out!

What is so special about Trader Joe’s?

Limited edition items drive many sales to Trader Joe’s. However, it’s not just the products and the are presented. The people working at Trader Joe’s also make shopping there the best experience. They are super helpful and as nice as can be. It truly makes you want to shop there more. It’s true Trader Joe’s carries tons of special products. Let’s not forget the cheap yet delicious wine options.

Is it worth the drive?

Granted most people I talk to complain about having to drive 30 mins or live in large cities where they are surrounded by several Trader Joe’s locations. However, I have to drive 2 hours to the closest Trader Joe’s in Jacksonville. I know it’s pretty ridiculous, yet I tend to go ever couple of months. Is it worth it to make that long of a drive? Yes, I think it is worth it, However, though this is my favorite grocery store, I only go every couple of months. It’s not my primary grocery store. I would for this to change, I keep waiting for the news that they will open more stores closer to me. The items I tend to purchase at Trader Joe’s I am not able to find anywhere else closer, which makes it worth the drive.

What are your favorite products to buy?

Trader Joe’s may be a small store, but it is jam packed with goodies. They have tons of options for health conscience people but also snacks like the cookie butter that is delicious. There are a few items that I pick up every time I go shopping. Flowers and Eucalyptus are amazing and very affordable. The orange chicken is probably my favorite entree that must be cooked in the airfryer. They have tons of organic vegetables and salad kits that are unique and delicious. The hashbrowns went viral on TickTock not too long ago. The are so easy to make and so crispy.

Wine, wine and more wine, always find it’s way in my cart. I also love their frozen seafood and chocolate snacks. This spring they brought back Lemon ice cream that was do die for. The enchilada sauce is the best I have found and it’s in a resealable jar, which is amazing. The burrata, prosciutto and arugula flat bread pizza is my favorite lunch item. You seriously can’t go wrong. Needless to say I always go out with a full buggy.
