Occasionally I get the opportunity to shop in-store at Ulta. I love having the opportunity to swatch products and look at them in person. I find seeing products first hand does give a whole new perspective when shopping. After all, products can look very different in person. Moving on! Urban Decay released an enormous amount of lipsticks in the Vice line. They literally have a shade for everyone! I was browsing through looking around and stumbled on something I had tried to purchases without success for months. I always plan out what I am going to purchase so that I don’t go too crazy in Ulta. I had in mind a budget and I stuck to it.
Graveyardgirl x Tarte Face Palette (Limited edition)
The Swamp Queen Palette is a limited edition face palette from a collaboration between GraveyardGirl & Tarte Cosmetics. This palette launched a few months ago but quickly sold out. It’s not that I am a fan of Graveyardgirl on YouTube, but the palette was really beautiful and I couldn’t resist. This palette features the basics for creating almost an entire makeup look. I was so excited to get my hands on this palette and really love the quality so far. I will have a full review up soon.
Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Broken (Sheer Shimmer)
There are so many shades in the Vice line that it’s unreal. I had a very difficult time deciding which shade to purchase. I had a plan on only buying one to start due to not needing any more makeup. I went down the line swatching many different shades before deciding on Broken. I don’t have too many Shimmer lipsticks in my collection due to not being a big fan of shimmer lipsticks. However this one is a Sheer Shimmer and looks more tasteful compared to other shimmer shades I have swatched in the past. I simply love the shade; it is a darker nude on my lips and has just the right amount of shimmer!
