My favorite post this week was from Homespun Engineer. I love canning different items to have them stocked up for later use. I can tons of diced tomatoes, and let me tell you this! Eating canned tomatoes will ruin you in that you will realize how disgusting store bought chemical added canned tomatoes are in comparison. I grew up canning everything from our garden. I found it’s a great money savings program for times when money gets tight. Something I have been wanting to try is Salsa! I love my Taco Tuesdays and having canned salsa would be amazing. I use the same method for peeling tomatoes and can say this is the easiest way to do it! If you are interested in learning how to Can Salsa then check out this post!
