Happy Cyber Monday! I hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving and were able to do some Black Friday Shopping! As November is wrapping up I am looking forward to so much in December. For one I hope to finish school for now and be able to enjoy the holidays with my family. Which what more can a girl ask for? Tons more to be honest so much more, keep reading to find out.
1| As Noted above spending time with my family. I have learned the hard way in life that time is something that can’t be bought, nor traded, but can be lost. I use this thought daily to appreciate and honor the loved ones I have loss and love unconditionally the ones I still have with me. Getting this close to the holidays reminds me of my deceased Grandmother and all of the fun times we shared during the holidays. I supervised my Mom trying to make my grandmother’s Caramel Cake as I recalled the directions from memory for Thanksgiving last week. I have to say it came mighty close, but it will never be the same.
2| Also noted above. Finish my Class and also pass state board testing. I would love to start the new year off right in having this extra education behind me. I have experienced quite the nightmare with this class. I have been un-enrolled and enrolled in the wrong class within a few months. I am so ready for this to be over!
3| Baking with my Mom. You may have guessed from the image I chose for this post that Baking would be in this somewhere in this post. I am planning on making some older recipes with my mom that I use to make with my grandmother.
4| Watching all the Hallmark Holiday movies is a must for me. I literally watch every Christmas movie that they put out each year. I spend more time watching these than I do watching TV throughout the year. I confess I still have Christmas Movies on my Recorded list from last year like Christmas Under Wraps. I watch them throughout the year and enjoy the too much to delete, even though my record space is usually limited.
5| Christmas is In the Air Link up is BACK! Yes, I said it! Christine and I will be bringing this back NEXT MONDAY! Look for more details to come. I can say we will be starting the Linkup Next Monday, December 7th but are still narrowing down the order of which the themes will appear. We do plan to announce the order later this week to give you all time get your posts ready!
6| Lastly I am really looking forward to seeing the looks on loved ones faces and they open gifts that I am giving them as we sit around the Christmas Tree. Specifically the ones that are gifts that I made with my Silhouette. We have yet to put up a Christmas Tree as I am debating on getting a live one this year. I just love the smell of live trees!
