If you looked in my makeup collection, you would quickly come to the conclusion that I have an obsession over eye shadows. For some reason I feel the need to have tons and tons of shadows. I do rotate them around and also get rid of products I don’t like or don’t use. I have high standards for eye shadow and past reviews even talked about my disappointment with some high-end brands even though I prefer high-end over drugstore. Thinking about my favorite eye shadow brands I wanted to give a good mix for those looking for more affordable options. Regardless of price, when a product is good it just that.

MAC is a brand that I hold to a high regard. Some of their products are hit and miss, but if you get shadows from their regular line the you will not be disappointed. What I find so true about MAC is how easy shadows are to blend. I have tons of MAC shadows and use at least one each day such as Soft Brow or Ricepaper. They have the most amazing warm brown shades and highlight shades. These will probably always be a staple in my collection.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadows •
I recently fell in love with Anastasia Beverly Hills shadows. I love buying palettes like this one which offer a ton of colors to play around with. However, there are single eye shadow shades like Birkin that are a must. I love how soft these shadows are, but trust me their formula is no joke!
Lorac PRO Palette •
The Lorac Pro palette is probably my most used complete eye shadow palette. I find that if I am ever in a rut and need to throw on eye shadow quick this is always a right decision. This palette offers so much to those looking for natural and dramatic looks. Regardless what palette you choose from Lora, just know that all of them are fantastic!
Makeup Geek •
For Less than $10 these shades are fantastic! I literally will put them up against any brand due to their pigmentation and how easy they are to blend. They are so much more impressive than eye shadows that are over $20+ a piece. Makeup Geek has a variety of formulas that continuously impress me.
