Holy Grail Beauty Products: My Go-To Eyeliners!

Great eyeliners are really hard to find. Often you can search for ever and only fine one that really impresses you. Well today I am bring you a list of liners to try for those that have a hard time getting their liners to stay. I personally have high standards when it comes to liners. Five Fearless Years Limited Edition Tattoo Liner •
Liquid Liner. I use to call liquid liner my HG(holy Grail) and of course it was from Hard Candy and was the kind you paint on. This was back in college and I was quite known for my precise eyeliner. It was not the easiest things to work with, but it did create pretty looks. Ergo when I discovered the highly hyped Kat Von D Tattoo Liner, I was quite taken back but how pigmented and amazing it performed. I admit I have been on a gel liner kick for years now and put the liquid liners behind me. However, due to having oily eyelids, what I love to do is pair it with a gel liner. Of course you can use it alone, but what I do is use the gel liner(mentioned next) on the 2/3 part of my lid, then on the inner part I use this liquid liner. It does not budge and this has been my main method of applying eyeliner for a while. It also is super easy to use when making winged liner.

Bobbi Brown Gel Liner •
This product to be honest has mixed reviews, but I love it. I think often when products are hyped up it leave you disappointed thinking this product will be amazing. I say this wanting to be straight-forward with you. All cautions aside this liner is amazing. I used MAC’s gel liner and it was my “ride or die” for over a year. I used it on myself and on clients. However, it is not as pigmented as I wanted it to be and had to be layers, which posed a problem with clients. When I am working on a client most of the time they are super sensitive with liner being put on. What I line to do is to apply their liner as quick as possible to decrease the amount of discomfort. I have tried it all and still say this one is amazing. I love that if you make a mistake you can easily clean it up before it sets. Until I find something super amazing that beats this one, Bobbi Brown’s gel liner will have my vote.

Tres Jolie Gel Pencil Liner – Pitch Black •
I admit normally products don’t get on my HG list (holy grail list) super quick. However, after day one of testing this product I knew that it went to the top of my HG list. I tend to battle with having super watery eyes which pretty much takes off liner in my waterline in about 3 hours. I have literally tried it all, from drugstore brands to high-end. I can’t tell you enough how amazing this liner to use. I personally hold this one above ones I have tried from brands like: Marc Jacobs, Make up forever, MAC, NARS, and more! Yes this is a bit on the high price side for drugstore, it is super worth every penny. Try checking out ULTA and grabbing it when they have NYX sales or 20% off.
