*I WAS PROVIDED A COPY OF A SEPARATE HEAVEN BOOK 3 BY THE AUTHOR, ALEX DISANTI, BUT ALL THOUGHTS EXPRESSED ARE 100% MY OWN.*
How was the 4th of July weekend for you? I admit that I split my time between studying, going on a date and some fun in the sun. In continuing my education I do want to say that post are going to be a bit off the normal schedule due to how busy I am. I am currently working two jobs, going to school and trying to blog. Hopefully this will all be over soon as far as school going and I will be back in the normal groove of things. Today I am bringing you a book review of book 3 of the A Separate Heaven series I have been reading. Of all the material I have been reading lately this has definitely been my guilty pleasure. I have to say that this one is probably my favorite book of the 3 thus far, but before we get into that here is a bit about the book.
A trip to into the city for a photo shoot begins a day that ends dramatically and throws the family into weeks of anguish. The answers to the questions who and why Dominic Gianelli will pursue with unwavering determination and with a slow burning anger that will drive him to what he considers a just resolution. Book 3 of A Separate Heaven is the (literary) crescendo in the series to date. A page turner with nonstop actions and events. Settle in for a fast and furious read packed with drama and emotion.
My Thoughts:
This book starts off swinging I tell you! It continues along with characters from the previous 2 books. It is full of family betrayal, kidnapping, death and life. It is the most action packed out of the 3 in my opinion. I can’t tell you enough how amazing Alex Disanti is as an author. She has the ability to draw you in. Would you believe it if I told you I read this entire book in one afternoon? Well this is true, reason being that I was completely carried away with the story line. This book captures your attention and bring you through the most horrible situation as Dominic and Paige continue with their love story. Without giving away too much about what this book is about, I will say that the traumatic situations that Paige in particular goes through in this book will have you: saddened, ticked off, and wanting to help her. If you have not read any of these then I suggest you start with book 1, because it lays the foundation for this story line to take off. How someone could pack so much emotion into this book is amazing. I personally can’t wait to see what come next in this series from Alex Disanti. I admit I am 100% hooked on A Separate Heaven.
