Happy Monday! Goodness this weekend was nothing outside of a whirlwind for sure. Last week our Bigs screen tv went out in our living room, and unfortunately that is something we just can’t live without.
These are seriously hella expensive when you get into 50″ and above. Of Course we opt for larger screens and LED to make the best experience possible for watching the Kardashians, NASCAR, and pretty much sports in general. We tracked up to Best Buy over the weekend and replaced old faithful, and I (by my self) was the independent woman and put the sucker together all by myself. Let me take a bow…How about a round of applause? I can’t help but quote Rihanna lyrics in times like this!
Back to buying a TV. Let me walk you my decision making process on buying a TV. How confusing is… LCD vs. LED? 60 Hz vs 120hz refresh rate? I admit that I did tons of research on TV brands and models to find the perfect TV to fit our needs. I recommend even consulting with your local TV repair man, so that you know if something happens he will be familiar with the brand and be able to help you.
I personally start with figuring out a budget for buying a TV and looking for any deals that may be going on at stores. Then I follow up with deciding what size and shape (curved or not) I want. Next I look for an LED tv with features that I want such as 120hz and smart tv. I follow up by finding a store to purchase it and going in person to look at the tv. Reviews can be helpful, but I find nothing is better than seeing the picture quality in person. This is pretty much what I do when buying a TV. It seems to be an extensive process, but I find it is work well worth it.
As far as the life update. The job situation is working out and I enrolled in class and start this week! I am so excited and can’t wait to continue on this journey. Getting back into study mode is going to be rough working two jobs, but I plan on getting a ton of it down this weekend.
