This week has been super crazy and we have Peaches to the Beaches here in Georgia this weekend. For those that don’t know it is a HUGE yard sale. If you are looking for pretty much anything you have a great chance of finding it at this yard sale. It stretches from Barnesville, GA to Brunswick, GA. Getting ready for this event is a lot of work. All I can say is thank goodness it is Thursday. What better way to end a stressful day than an easy drink recipe.
This recipe only calls for two things: Captain Morgan Spiced Rum & a glass of coke. I normally start with adding about 2 shots of rum then add some coke. After I stir those together I add some ice to chill the mixture. There is no way I can drink hot rum, I only drink it cold. Depending on how strong you want the drink just add more rum to the mixture. I find this to be a super easy to throw together when I am in a hurry.
