*Thank you Regency Beauty for sponsoring today’s discussion and helping me #ShareBeauty*
Believe it or not, I use to be a beauty queen. However, as I reached into my teen years I was not much into makeup or beauty. I always battled with oily skin and just was not educated on makeup to the point where I could pull it all off. By my senior year in high school I was getting more into beauty. I owned a few beauty products to get me by, but as soon as I entered college my beauty life drastically changed.
Being a college freshmen or little fish in a big pond, I was forced to experiment with beauty product more rather quickly as I rose to be a social butterfly. When I joined the greek sisterhood we were held to higher standards and taught always to look our best. As I progressed through college, which is the pinnacle of my beauty career. With so many social events, law internships, etc I found the need to be “beautified” at all times. I mean when it was recruitment time you would not see me stick my head out my door even for 8am classes with out looking fabulous. With the hussle and bussle of events, I had a few sorority sisters that loved the way I did my makeup and that is all how my makeup artist profession started. I was able to do hair and makeup for many occasions, and make ladies look like “barbie dolls.” All it took was a little confidence, creativity and imagination on my part. Since then I have developed my skills and have enjoyed being a freelance makeup artist. Since then I have loved sharing with others my love of beauty products with others. I would like to note that beauty is not just physical, it is also what is on the inside. Speaking of beauty, if you are one that loved the amazing creations that come with the beauty industry then I suggest that you check out Regency Beauty Institute.

This is an inspiring story and one that I can relate to due to Being a Makeup Artists. Feel free to share this video with others to help spread the word about the amazing world of Something I have experienced is that when doing makeovers for someone that may not where much makeup, once they turn around and find additions of makeup making them feel more beautiful, is the most heartwarming experience. I truly believe that beauty is power and making yourself more “beautiful” in your opinion will boost your confidence and make you more successful.
