Supporting our Military!

Supporting our Military is something that I feel needs to be on the top of everyone’s list. I have had the pleasure of working with many Veterans within the past year and I find that working with them to help others really warms my heart. These men and women never cease to amaze me at how diligently they work to help other members of the Armed Forces. Having past relationships that contained guys in the military, I recognize the importance of giving back to these men and women. Regardless of how you are able to give back I think it is crucial to do so! American-made products that give back to veterans I feel is an amazing effort of support. Pairing this effort with my love of exquisite wine makes for an incredible combination.

CK Mondavi is the only American-made/grown wine in the supermarket that you can buy for less than $10. For those that are budget conscience, but are still looking for great products, this is great. I find that when it comes to supporting our Military I am willing to buy more of those products to support the cause. It is interesting that CK Mondavi is run by the legendary Napa Valley wine icon, Peter Mondavi Sr., a World War II veteran. The fact that CK Mondavi was established in the 1940s and remains a family-owned business that has thrived for four generations to produce fine wines speaks volumes about this company.

Are worried that you can’t get a bottle of CK Mondavi? Don’t worry, if fact CK Mondavi wine is sold nationwide in every US state! As far as what this company gives back is based on a percentage of each bottle sold between May-August, up to $50,000 is donated to Intrepid Fallen Heroes. The Intrepid Fallen Heros Fund (IFHF) is an organization that supports both the men and women of the Armed forces, and also their families.

The IFHF is funded entirely from public donations and they serve U.S. military personnel wounded or killed in service to our nation and their families. For more information on this organization visit their website!
