Dr Scholl’s Active Series insoles!

Well the weekend has been super busy, which basically consisted of me hoarded up in my room for 13 hours working on B&L. However, taking a break from all of that I figured that I would stop in and review this product I received complements of Influenster. I was so excited when I opened the package and looked at these babies!

I know that we are all constantly battling with weight and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Well part of that often involves running and walking. I find that if my shoes do not provide the right amount of stability, that I end of paying for it later. So when I saw that there the insoles sent to me provided Triple Zone Protection, I admit it sparked my interest. I am personally a fan of insoles, I think that as shoes get older the loose the ability to give you the protection we needed, I even use these on brand new shoes. I find that anytime my shoes is just not giving me the support I need that it is time to throw in some insoles.
These particular insoles have three main components of support: Ball of the Foot, Arch, and Heel. These insoles provide great padding at the ball of the foot, Arch that reinforces support of the foot, and A Deep heel cup to absorb impact with every step. I know that this is some I look for in insoles, in that I am someone that needs and overall balance in my insoles. These also help prevent pain from shin splints, Runner’s Knee, and Plantar Fasciitis. Regardless of shoes size these are super customizable and you are quickly able to alter the size with a handy pair of scissors.

I too am someone that reads all the fun facts on product packaging. I will admit that I was a bit shocked when I read that “during athletic activity, the foot is subject to the shock from impact of 2-3 times your body weight with every step. Active Series reduce shock by 40%.” As you can see if you are someone experiencing pain from athletic activity. there is a way to help prevent the pain while maintaining a healthy active lifestyle.  Of course when I went to get some new running shoes, I chose these cute pink accented ones!
